Andrei Robachevsky

Andrei Robachevsky is a seasoned expert in internet security and infrastructure, currently serving as the Technical Director for the Internet Integrity program at Global Cyber Alliance, a position held since February 2024. Robachevsky also contributes to the global RIR community as a member of the ASO Address Council at ICANN since January 2025. As an expert for the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since 2017, Robachevsky supports projects related to computer communications, security, DNS, and routing. Additionally, involvement with NLnet Labs as a Board Member and as a Partner at Capri Digital, a consulting firm focused on internet policy, demonstrates Robachevsky's dedication to enhancing the digital landscape. Previously, roles included Senior Director for Technology Programs at the Internet Society, Member of the MSP Standardisation for the European Commission, Chair of WG E Cybersecurity Standards at the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise, and participation in the CRISP Team during the IANA Stewardship transition, showcasing a strong commitment to promoting effective standards and best practices in internet governance.
