Kristin Onderdonk, the visionary creator of STOP & FLOW and founder of Enjoy Chi, is on a mission to revolutionize well-being. Her holistic approach empowers individuals and communities, guiding them from dis-ease to well-being.

A former Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years, Kristin experienced firsthand the systems and hierarchies in the healthcare, finance, government and education sectors. She became a champion for this unwavering belief: Even if a system feels constrained, people, when given the right skills, can thrive!


Since founding Enjoy Chi in 2015, Kristin has expanded her mindfulness and movement trainings into the robust wellness program now widely known as "STOP & FLOW." Her 2021 publication, "STOP & FLOW: 8 Steps to Recharge Your Life," extends her methods globally – enabling anyone, anywhere, to access calm and empowerment.
