Cem Hatunoğlu is an HR Assistant Specialist with a versatile background in Human Resources and psychology. They served as a psychologist for TSK, gaining extensive experience in crisis management and psychological counseling in challenging environments from 2022 to 2023. Cem is currently working as a Project HR & Administrative Affairs specialist at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş. on the US Embassy Project in Mexico City, where they manage various HR and administrative responsibilities. They also held positions at DHL Express and KMC Elektronik A.Ş., where they contributed to the establishment of HR systems and processes.
