Sinan Ulaş is a results-driven Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of international experience in large-scale industrial projects, including mining, oil & gas, and refinery construction. They specialize in managing projects from planning to commissioning, with expertise in installing rotating and static equipment, piping systems, and conducting shutdown operations. Sinan led multidisciplinary teams in various countries, including Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Iraq, and Turkey, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements while delivering cost-effective solutions. Currently, Sinan serves as a Mechanical Superintendent at ENKA İnşaat ve Sanayi A.Ş., leading the mechanical equipment installation for the Oyu Tolgoi Underground Project. Sinan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Celal Bayar University.
