Eric Mora

Eric Mora currently serves as the Vice President of Software Excellence at Kapsch Group, where strategic management of the global traffic division is prioritized. In addition to this role, Eric is a Master teacher and mentor at Universitat Ramon Llull and co-founded ENKITEK, guiding tech strategy from pre-seed to over 400K€ funding. As the founder of MyAgileCopilot, Eric developed an automation tool that enhances the integration of OpenAI LLM with Jira for numerous digital product teams. Previous experience includes leadership positions at The Knot Worldwide, Aquí tu Reforma, and Opentrends, where Eric directed engineering efforts, managed international teams, and defined innovative software solutions. Eric's educational background includes degrees from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
