Mandar Arjunwadkar is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and business development across various sectors, including technology and hospitality. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Growth at Enlite since June 2022, Mandar has held significant roles at Questt, Deliver24x7, and OYO, where responsibilities included expanding operations, managing PnL, and launching new initiatives in Dubai and Goa. With entrepreneurial experience as a founder of Deliver24x7 and a stealth-mode startup focusing on electric vehicle integration, Mandar has also worked in engineering roles at Tork Motors, Xenon Automotive, and Greaves Cotton Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
