Nitish Sharma

Nitish Sharma is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Enlite since January 2019, where visionary leadership and Agile methodologies have been implemented to enhance product development efficiency. Previously, in the role of Lead Software Engineer, Nitish led a team in developing the Building Operating System, KYB, employing Java and Spring Boot, while also architecting the system for scalability. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Team Lead at Globocom Infotech Private Limited, where Nitish designed a high-performance Ad flow architecture and optimized APIs, and as a Senior Software Engineer at ZeMoSo Technologies, contributing to a Hospital Management System and backend API development. Nitish holds an M.Tech. and B.Tech. in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and completed high school at Delhi Public School, India.
