Lester John

Lester John, MBA, is a Director of Quality Assurance at Enlyte, leading teams to ensure quality and exceed SLAs in automotive and workers' comp claims. Lester consistently improves offshore vendor business processing. Prior to this role, Lester worked at Hyundai Motor America as a Senior Manager in Operations and as a Manager in Internal Audit. Before that, Lester was a Lead Financial Analyst and Lead Internal Auditor at Qualcomm, and a Senior Internal Auditor at Ernst & Young. Lester John holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and two Master's degrees, including an MBA from the University of La Verne.
