Kris Kumarasinghe

Kris Kumarasinghe has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and companies. Kris has worked at ENMAX since 2014, holding various director positions in fields such as field operations, project services/PMO, business transformation, planning, scheduling, and construction management, enterprise asset and work management systems, and generation maintenance and engineering.

Prior to ENMAX, Kris worked at Syncrude Canada Ltd. from 2006 to 2014. During their tenure, they held roles such as maintenance department manager, reliability improvement leader, area team leader maintenance, supervisor of business analysis and reporting, advisor in business planning, and senior business analyst. Kris was responsible for overseeing maintenance budgets, workforce management, safety performance, and execution quality, as well as providing reporting, analysis, and business advice to senior management.

Overall, Kris Kumarasinghe has extensive experience in various leadership, management, and analytical roles in the energy and utilities sector.

Kris Kumarasinghe completed the Associate Member program at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2001. Later, Kris obtained a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation from CPA Canada in 2005.
