Wayne Calder

Wayne Calder has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Wayne began their career in 1997 as a Sales & Market Analyst at The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company. Wayne then moved on to Nortel Networks in 2000 as a Supply Chain Analyst. In 2001, they joined TELUS as a Senior Business Analyst and later took on roles as a Program Manager, Manager of Marketing, Director of Strategic Sales Support, and Director of CSD. In 2015, Wayne joined ENMAX as the Director of Customer Care, where they led a team of 200 professionals and was responsible for operations, training, analytics, and executive relations. Wayne then transitioned to the role of Director of Business Applications and Project Delivery. Throughout their career, Wayne has achieved significant accomplishments in employee engagement, customer satisfaction scores, and cost-to-serve reduction through the implementation of technology and process improvements.

Wayne Calder completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at the University of Calgary from 1992 to 1997. Wayne then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Haskayne School of Business from 2004 to 2007.
