Tim Baumann has a diverse work experience. Tim started working at CX Agentur KG in February 2018 as a Projektmitarbeiter and later became a Junior Consultant from February 2019 to September 2020. In October 2020, they transitioned to a new role as a Projektmanagement professional. In January 2022, Tim joined enna, a company focused on enabling digital beginners' access to digital communication and support. Tim initially worked as a B2B Vertrieb, managing product testing and piloting projects. In October 2022, Tim became the Head of Logistics & Customer Support at enna, responsible for overseeing these areas.

Tim Baumann received a Bachelor of Science - Bsc degree in Angewandte Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Vienna, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a degree in Internationale Betriebswirtschaftslehre at the University of Vienna from 2017 to 2020.
