Founded by Henriette Claydon, Enneagram Akademiet is one of Denmark's leading providers of professional Enneagram training and development programs. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in transforming leaders through deep self-awareness and conscious leadership development.

OUR MISSION
We believe that authentic leadership begins with understanding yourself. Through the profound wisdom of the Enneagram system, we help individuals and organizations unlock their potential, break through limiting patterns, and create meaningful transformation.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Professional Training Programs: From introductory evenings to comprehensive 1-year certification courses
• Corporate Development: Customized leadership training, team building, and organizational development
• Individual Coaching: Integral coaching and executive sparring sessions
• Workshops & Retreats: Intensive learning experiences including instinct and subtype development
• Development Circles: Year-long development programs for individuals

OUR APPROACH
The Enneagram reveals the unconscious patterns that drive behavior, helping leaders move from reactive responses to conscious choices. We cover all 9 personality types, 3 instinctive variants, and levels of self-awareness to create lasting personal and professional transformation.

When working with human development and self-awareness, a continuous and sustainable process is initiated, where new competencies and potentials are cultivated and developed, much more so than a set outcome or end result, ultimately for the benefit of both the individual leader, the collective team and your shared business.

LOCATION AND LANGUAGES
We are a Copenhagen based company working with individuals and companies both locally, nationally and internationally. All trainings are offered in both Danish and English.
