As VP of Innovation and Co-Founder of EnOcean GmbH since October 2001, Frank Schmidt has been instrumental in the development of batteryless sensor technologies and holds over 50 patents. Previously, Frank Schmidt served as R&D Manager at Siemens AG from February 1991 to October 2001. Frank Schmidt earned a degree in Physics and Electronics from Technische Universität Chemnitz between 1984 and 1989.
