Tim Finney

Tim Finney is an experienced operations leader currently serving in operations at Enode since March 2025 and as an investor/advisor at Timothy's Skin Care since January 2021. Previously, Tim held the position of VP of Operations at Moxe from April 2023 to December 2024, where responsibilities included driving operational cadence and strategic planning to foster growth. At Enfusion from March 2013 to April 2023, Tim served as Executive Director, successfully building a global People team and playing a key role in the company's IPO. Tim also worked as Director of Finance and Operations at Enfusion, where Tim was one of the first hires and led various teams in business operations, finance, and people functions. Prior to Enfusion, Tim was the Director of Talent Acquisition at DHR International from August 2012 to March 2013. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Michigan in 2012 and has also studied at Universidad de Belgrano and attended Saint Louis Priory School.
