Oscar Besson

Oscar Besson possesses a diverse background in project management and environmental consultancy, with notable experience in both governmental and private sectors. At the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, Oscar contributed to cultural cooperation projects and established an artist scholarship program. Subsequently, Oscar served as a consultant at Espelia, providing technical and legal support for water management and environmental governance, while also overseeing renewable energy projects. Currently, as Chef de projets at Enoé, Oscar focuses on solar and agrivoltaic project engineering and collaborates with local authorities on environmental assessments. Previous roles include assisting the Director of European Studies at the Parti Socialiste and project coordination at AySA and IBM, emphasizing expertise in legislative matters and institutional relations. Oscar holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from Sciences Po and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from MINES ParisTech.
