Stepan Sokol

Stepan Sokol is an experienced professional with a strong background in software engineering and project management. Stepan currently works as a Software Engineer at enote since March 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Programming Analyst at Nomad Bioscience Gmbh from July 2016 to March 2020.

From February 2006 to June 2016, they held the role of Head of production centre at Programbank. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing all activities associated with the production centre, including strategy, planning, new markets, production, and services. Stepan also played a key role in the development and promotion of new products, devising and implementing KPIs for all divisions.

Before their role at Programbank, Stepan worked at Sputnik PB starting in 1996. Stepan held various positions including Product Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Software Engineer. During their time there, they designed and developed a new IT-platform for banking automation and successfully led teams in the modernization of the core banking system. Stepan also played a role in developing successful commercial marketing initiatives.

Stepan's career began in 1993 at Programbank, where they worked as a Consultant and Project Manager.

Stepan Sokol completed their Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1988 to 1993. Stepan then pursued a Master's degree in Finance, General from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 1998 to 2000. Stepan has also obtained additional certifications from Coursera, including "Machine Learning with TensorFlow on Google Cloud Platform, a 5-course specialization by Google Cloud" in November 2018, "Obuchenie na razmetchennym dannym" in January 2019, and "Neural Networks for Machine Learning" in June 2017.
