Ann Vu

Ann Vu, JD, RAC, is a global transformational leader with extensive experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs across the MedTech industry. Previously, they held significant roles including Director of Global Quality at Bausch + Lomb and Vice President of Quality and Regulatory at Zimmer Biomet, where they managed large teams and drove substantial cost reductions and compliance improvements. Currently, Ann leads the Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams at Enovis, focusing on active compliance and customer-centric strategies. Ann is also pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from Purdue Global Law School.
