Ed Maher

Ed Maher is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product design and development across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at DJO since March 2018, Maher leads the design of the XROM post-operative brace, overseeing the entire process from concept to production. Prior experience includes roles as an Independent Contract Mechanical Engineer, focusing on new product development for notable clients such as Illumina and VisionWorks, and positions at Linear LLC, Hewlett-Packard, Pulse Electronics, and others, where Maher honed expertise in injection molded plastics, materials selection, and automation technologies. Maher holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
