Matthew Bender

Matthew Bender currently serves as the U.S. Director of Sales for Enovis in the Enabling Technologies division, having started in July 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew had a successful tenure at Stryker from January 2014 to July 2022, where achievements included being a top sales representative and exceeding quotas significantly. Matthew also held positions such as Recon Sales Representative and MAKOplasty Sales Specialist, focusing on orthopedic surgical sales. In addition to experience in medical sales, Matthew was President of MB Surgical, Inc., representing various product lines, and held prior roles including a server at The Black Pearl Seafood & Martini Bar, as well as research positions at the University of Michigan Health System. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University and further specialized in orthopedic reconstruction and trauma at Medical Sales College.
