Dom Starkey is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Enpal since November 2023, Dom previously held prominent positions including Head of Engineering at DESelect and Kiron Open Higher Education, where contributions included enhancing digital education for refugees. As Co-Founder and CPO/CTO at Dearest., Dom played a vital role in developing a digital health solution for relationships. Past experience also includes senior roles at Bonial.com, Solarcentury, and Power Predictor Ltd. Dom holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with Sustainability from the University of Warwick.
