Raphael Bierschenk

Raphael Bierschenk is the Director of Venture Development at Enpal, where they focus on driving innovative solutions in the energy sector. They previously held the position of Associate at Oliver Wyman, managing over ten projects centered on market entry and product strategy. Raphael has gained diverse experience through internships at Allianz, Horváth & Partners Management Consultants, and EY. They earned a Master of Science in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and completed exchange semesters at the University of Pennsylvania and The University of Sydney. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main and a CEMS Master in International Management.
