Simon Harske

Simon Harske is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Managing Director for Enpal Heat since January 2020. Harske has successfully scaled Enpal's heat pump operations, launched the largest heat pump training academy in Europe, and tripled external partner PV installations. Previous roles at Enpal included Vice President of Operations, Director of External Partners, and Head of Operations, where major achievements included launching Europe's largest PV installation company and enhancing productivity. Prior experience encompasses roles at Rocket Internet SE, where Harske managed a sales and operations team, and founded a freelance consulting platform at Seven Lanes. An early career stint at KPMG included market research and participation in the company’s HighQ talent program. Harske holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
