Wei Jiang

Wei Jiang is an accomplished Principal Storage Engineer and Manager of Battery Technology at Enphase Energy, with a career that spans over a decade in advanced materials and battery systems. Prior to this role, Wei served as a Battery System Engineer at Aggreko, specializing in the design of thermal management methodologies for lithium-ion batteries and the development of capacity loss calculation mechanisms. Wei's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, where significant research was conducted on polymer and metal foams, as well as teaching responsibilities. Earlier experience includes research at East China University of Science and Technology, focusing on the synthesis of fluorosilicone elastomers via reactive extrusion.
