The future of work is evolving rapidly, and preparing children for this reality requires education to move beyond traditional, siloed approaches. Global skill frameworks, NEP 2020, and Indian education boards all point to the same need: future skills that combine life skills, emerging technologies, innovative thinking, and entrepreneurial mindsets.
ENpower addresses this need by building an end-to-end integrated future-skills learning ecosystem for schools, grounded in globally recognised Skills of the Future frameworks. Our structured model is built on 17 essential skills leading to 5 future-ready outcomes, designed to strengthen mainstream education and prepare learners for a changing world of work.
Our ecosystem includes experiential learning spaces, entrepreneurship journeys, innovation platforms, teacher enablement, and impact-driven programs. Alongside our work with schools nationwide, we partner with corporates, foundations, and governments to take future-skill learning to diverse and underserved communities.
Our Strengths:
- ENpower’s Future Skill Labs

- Composite Skill Lab (CSL) implementation across CBSE schools

- Board-agnostic Tech Innovation Labs

- India’s Future Tycoons — a national entrepreneurship search & mentorship platform for young innovators (13–18)
