Gary Sharp

Gary Sharp has extensive experience in finance and corporate development. Gary is currently the Director of Corporate Development at Enpro, a position they started in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Avient Corporation from 2016 to 2021, holding various roles in finance and mergers & acquisitions. While at Avient Corporation, they led diligence on acquisitions, conducted reviews and board updates for acquisition targets and competitors, and managed due diligence activities. Gary also played a key role in the drafting of press releases and internal communications related to M&A activity. Before joining Avient Corporation, Gary was an IT Business Analyst Intern at Dealer Tire in 2015.

Gary Sharp attended Colonial Forge High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Advanced Studies Degree and graduated as salutatorian. Gary then attended Yale University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
