Doug Shaw

Doug Shaw is an accomplished Internal Audit Manager with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving at EnQuest since October 2023, Doug previously held similar managerial roles at Ithaca Energy and as Owner & Director of Happy Green Gardener, which achieved significant revenue growth. Doug's robust background includes 18 years at John Wood Group, where responsibilities spanned from setting up an international Internal Audit Department to leading a team of auditors. Doug's career also includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fife & Forth Valley Health Board, Northern Audit Services, and Ernst & Young, where foundational skills in internal and external auditing were developed. Doug holds a B.Acc. (Hons) degree from the University of Dundee.
