Rob MacPherson

Rob MacPherson is a Senior Well Intervention Specialist currently working for EnQuest within the Wells Delivery Group, where they primarily provide onshore well engineering support for rigless P&A operations. Previously, Rob held various roles, including WellWork Supervisor at ExxonMobil and subsea intervention supervisor at Apache Corporation, where they managed Light Well Intervention campaigns and created intervention programs. Rob began their career as a wireline trainee at Thistle Well Services, eventually advancing to positions such as Wireline Supervisor at Expro and Well Services Supervisor at Shell Oil Company. Rob's extensive experience in completions and well intervention spans over three decades in the oil and gas industry.
