Arnaud Jaspart

Arnaud Jaspart is the current head of engineering at Enquire. Arnaud has held this position for 1 year and 11 months. Prior to their current position, Arnaud worked for a market research company for 3 years and 4 months. There, they held the positions of Vice President of Technology, Director of Data Science, and Independent Contractor. In their role as Vice President of Technology, Arnaud was responsible for the company's architecture, infrastructure, and product development. Arnaud then hired and partnered with a consulting firm located in Sri Lanka and built and managed a team of 10 software engineers. The team continually improved their productivity and implemented agile, CI/CD, monitoring, auto-tests, and documentation processes. In terms of security, Arnaud migrated the company's 15 servers from cloud to dedicated, WAF, VPN, log alert manager, in-app WAF, and migrated the document storage system. To ease the process of adding new charts and data, they created and managed a project to push data, draw dynamic charts, and generate (NLG) a very deep statistical analysis (risk, groups, extrema, etc.). This project saved many hours a week of researcher and developer time to create widget and was extended to a data marketplace to generate revenue. To ingest more data and add intelligence to the equio, Arnaud architected a simple but efficient big data environment based on Elasticsearch and python and TensorFlow. They added more than 15 types of sources (with more than 50 endpoints) and 10 learning processes. In order to be able to easily onboard customers to the company POS, Arnaud developed a fuzzy string-matching interface to load products, categories, brands, packages, etc. (and developed a PHP library). Besides the interface being simple with minimal clicks, they decreased the matching process from 12 minutes to 5 seconds. In order to ingest more POS data to be able to provide more market insight, Arnaud developed a POS data API server and 3 POS clients, which allowed the company to initiate POS solution companies.
