Enrico Damiani Editore is an independent publisher based in Brescia and Milan (Italy), specialising in non-fiction.
It was founded by Enrico Damiani in the 40s and then reopened in 2010 by his son Giovanni, together with his wife Elena Faroni.
Our catalogue covers four main areas:
• Travel guides and travelogues: from Italy to Siberia, books about travelling with awareness in the search for personal improvement and meaningful encounters.
• Memoirs: our most literary series, with authors such as Laura Bosio and Iaia Caputo, private stories that become testaments of entire generations.
• Art history: “parallel biographies” to get to know our heritage and the great artists of the past.
• Social sciences: easy-to-read essays and manuals on the world around us and within ourselves, to better understand, accept and enhance our experience as humans.
