Molly McCafferty

Molly McCafferty is currently the Director of Community Affairs & Volunteer Engagement at Enroot, where they focus on fostering accessible and inclusive opportunities for youth and the community. They previously held roles at Jumpstart, including Program Coordinator and Volunteer Manager, where they managed program compliance and supported college students in early childhood centers. Molly also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer, teaching English to secondary school students in Tanzania and facilitating health and life skills initiatives. Having earned a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Maine, they are passionate about social justice and quality programming.
