Korina Ron

Korina Ron has over 13 years of experience in sales and human resources. Korina began their career in 2007 as an Account Manager at DINAZUCA, Liquor Distributor, where they followed up on accounts, obtained orders, and established new accounts. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Sales/ HR Intern and Human Resource Intern at Empresas Polar, where they identified sales targets, leads, and decision makers, communicated with clients daily, and managed sales cycles. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Sales Assistant at Bed Bath N' Table, where they acted as Assistant Manager for 6 months, prospected and identified new clients, and exceeded monthly sales goals. Since 2016, Korina has been an Account Manager at ENS Security, where they have been prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing sales projects in excess of $60,000. Korina has also been responsible for expanding existing accounts and making cold calls to potential new accounts. As of 2021, Korina is a Sales Manager at ENS Security.

Korina Ron began their educational journey in 2007 when they attended Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and earned their degree in Industrial Relations with a focus in Business Administration and Management. In 2009, they attended CEVAZ and studied Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language. In 2012, they attended Macquarie University and completed the University Entry Preparation Program for BAE in Business Administration and Management. Korina then attended Australian Pacific College, where they earned an Advanced Diploma of Management. Finally, in 2014, they attended Australian Institute of Professional Education Pty Ltd and earned their Diploma of Human Resources Management with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
