Richard Hall is a Senior Mechanical/Piping Engineer at Enscope since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from Clough where roles included Senior Mechanical Engineer and Lead Mechanical Engineer, primarily on the Western Australian Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 EPC contract. Richard's career includes significant positions such as Project Engineer and Lead Piping Engineer on the Ichthys Offshore Central Processing Facility and various roles in mechanical and piping engineering across multiple key projects, including Rio Tinto ventures and the Wheatstone Offshore Hook-up & Commissioning project. Richard began as a Mechanical Engineering Intern and progressed through Graduate Mechanical Engineer roles at Clough Amec, contributing to offshore maintenance contracts and tender estimation teams after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University.

With a breadth of services ranging from concept development and feasibility through to EPCM and EPC project delivery and commissioning, we add value across all phases of the project development and delivery lifecycle. In 2015, Enscope was integrated into the Quanta Services group of companies and has established offices in both Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.
