Richard Dixon

Richard Dixon has over two decades of experience in product management, currently serving as Head of Product for Meter to Cash and Head of Product for Billing and Debt Management at ENSEK since July 2020. In this role, Richard oversees the product roadmap for ENSEK's billing and debt management offerings. Prior to this, Richard spent over 23 years at npower, where positions included Product Manager and Credit Risk Capability and Delivery Manager from June 1997 to July 2020.
