Brian Dyches is a seasoned professional in the fields of design, strategy, and business development, currently serving as Principal and Founder of Ensemble Business Group since February 2016. This global collective specializes in multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Retail. Previously, Brian held leadership roles at REX Retail/Openeye Labs as Director of Experience Design and at the Retail Design Institute as Past International Chairman and President. Brian's extensive experience also includes positions at Ikonic Tonic, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Watt International, and Atmospheric Group Inc., the latter of which was founded by Brian and became an award-winning design consultancy. Brian has authored two books and lectured internationally on design, branding strategy, and consumer behavior analysis. Brian holds a degree from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
