Leigh Mingle

Leigh Mingle, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Research and Operations at Ensemble Learning, a role that encompasses organizational strategy, HR and IT oversight, and management of research grants. With extensive experience in educational research and program evaluation, previous positions include Senior Director of Strategic Operations and Senior Director for Research and Data Analysis at Ensemble Learning, as well as Education Research Scientist at Reasoning Mind and Research Specialist at Houston ISD. Leigh earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where earlier degrees in the same field were also obtained.
