Rick Rodriguez

Rick Rodriguez, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and organizational development. Currently, Rodriguez serves as Co-Founder and Consultant at The Rooted Life and holds senior roles at Ensemble Learning and The Equity Lab, focusing on development, strategic partnerships, and racial equity coaching. Previously, Rodriguez was the Managing Director of Programs and Alumni at Latinos for Education, developing a network of Latino leaders in the education sector. Additional experience includes working at YES Prep Public Schools, Houston ISD, and various roles at Wells Fargo, where a strong emphasis was placed on team development, stakeholder engagement, and enhancing organizational performance. Rodriguez holds a Doctor of Education in Executive Professional Leadership from the University of Houston, alongside advanced degrees in Human Resource Development and Sociology.
