Heidi Thomson-Daly

Heidi Thomson-Daly is a licensed real estate broker at Ensemble, a pioneering cooperative brokerage in Seattle since 2023. Previously, they contributed to the University of Washington as a faculty member in the Fundraising Management Certificate Program from 2012 to 2018, and held various leadership roles in organizations such as Girls Inc. and the Women's Funding Alliance. Additionally, they founded HT & CO., LLC, a boutique fundraising consulting firm, which operated from 2011 to 2023, serving over 175 nonprofit clients nationwide. Heidi has an M.Ed. in Organizational Leadership and Management from Antioch University New England and a B.A. in Women's Studies from the University of New Hampshire.
