Sonia Sethi

Sonia Sethi serves as the Head of Digital Commerce & Emerging Channels in Retail Sales, Strategy & Operations at The Coca-Cola Company, having joined in September 2023. In this role, Sonia leads growth initiatives across the North America Operating Unit by leveraging Digital Commerce. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Mars, where Sonia advanced consumer growth strategies as Senior Director of Consumer Marketing & Connected Commerce for Mars Petcare, and previously oversaw global digital transformation efforts. Additional leadership positions at The Nature's Bounty Co. and Colgate-Palmolive highlight expertise in eCommerce and brand marketing, complemented by an MBA and BBA from Schulich School of Business at York University. Sonia also contributes to EnsembleIQ as an Advisory Board Member in Consumer Goods Technology.
