Previously, Scott held executive roles at prominent firms such as Monzo Bank and Capital One, where they managed significant budgets and led marketing operations. Scott co-founded Ready Financial Group and served as Vice President at AccountNow, focusing on financial services and marketing strategies. In addition to their business acumen, Scott is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. Scott holds a BSE from Duke University and continues their education in Nuclear Power and Operations through the Navy.
