Stephen Shell

Stephen Shell is an Equipment Superintendent at Enshore Subsea, where they currently manage equipment and personnel for offshore operations. They previously served as a ROV/Trenching Equipment Supervisor at DeepOcean from 2008 to 2021, overseeing ROV operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Earlier in their career, they worked as a ROV Pilot Tech at CTC Marine and as a Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineer in the Army Corps of Royal Engineers. Stephen holds an HND in Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering from the University of Kent and an NVQ 3 in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Engineers College.
