Ryan Pakingan

Ryan Pakingan has over 15 years of experience in operations management and customer service. Ryan is currently the Director of Operations at Enshored, a company that provides offshore outsourcing solutions. Prior to joining Enshored, Ryan was with NTUC Income for 6 years, where they were a Customer Service Executive. Ryan was responsible for providing accurate advice to policyholders on their inquiries about their policies, promoting new products, and delivering solutions and services that exceed customers’ expectations.

Before NTUC Income, Ryan was with Epixtar for 4 years as their Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw outbound programs including the Discover Credit Card Acquisition and HSBC’s Personal Account Protection and Credit Card Acquisition. Ryan was also responsible for reviewing statistical reports, guiding supervisors in identifying and implementing changes to improve quality and performance, providing feedback to superiors, and motivating and coaching supervisors daily. Ryan has a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving operational improvements.

Ryan Pakingan has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Santo Tomas. Ryan also has certification from SINGAPORE COLLEGE OF INSURANCE LTD in Certificate on Health Insurance (HI), Basic Insurance Concepts and Principle (BCP) and Personal General Insurance (PGI).

Their manager is Sang Won Hwang, Chief Operating Officer.
