Michael McLaughlin has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2010. Michael began their career as Manager of Customer Service/Sales at ZAGG, Inc. in 2010. In 2013, they moved to ClearSource BPO and assumed the role of Manager of Customer Service/Quality Assurance. In 2015, they joined Crump Life Insurance Services as Supervisor of National Accounts Internal Sales. Currently, they are a Customer Success Specialist at Ensight™.
