Énska exists to create wealth for First Nations. We do that by braiding Nations, land and capital together. The secret is who owns what we braid. As the largest Indigenous development manager in Canada, Énska is building a future where Nations own the projects that shape North America.

Capital is necessary but not sufficient. The firms that fail First Nations are the ones that can model a deal but can’t execute when it counts. Énska is built differently. We have built projects and businesses with a track record of delivering the outcomes our partners are counting on.

Our firm is named Énska, the Mohawk word for “one” because leadership is about bringing people together, as one. That’s how we deliver what we need the most. We have limited time in this world. How will they tell our story when we are gone? Let’s make what matters.
