Enso Wellness Center provides evidence-based, strength-focused mental health care for children and adolescents ages 8–18 through our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.

Inspired by the Zen circle ensō, our name reflects the beauty of imperfection, the power of shared journeys, and the interconnectedness of meaningful support. This philosophy guides our work with every child and family we serve.

At Enso, we deliver a highly hands-on, wraparound model of care that actively engages families, schools, and outpatient providers. By partnering closely with each child’s full support system, we help create meaningful, sustainable progress, both inside and outside the therapy room.
