Alex Sharp

Alex Sharp is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical services and customer success engineering. Currently employed at EnsoData since October 2022, Alex has earned the Golden Pineapple award for outstanding performance and has developed internal databases and analytical tools to optimize customer engagement. Previously, Alex served as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic for nearly a decade, managing key technical implementations, mentoring team members, and collaborating with customers to enhance system performance and product offerings. Alex has also contributed as a volunteer back end developer for a web-based games platform and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math and History from The College of Wooster.
