Mickael U. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the digital and software delivery field. Mickael started their career as the Founder of Web Web Studio in Romania, where they managed a technical and design team. Mickael then worked as the Directeur des Systèmes d'Information at AD'MISSIONS for 10 years before transitioning to a consulting role at NEXTVISAO. At NEXTVISAO, Mickael specialized in digital and software delivery. Mickael then joined DigitasLBi as a Lead Project Manager, where they managed the Core Build & Solution Design teams for the Helios program, overseeing global complex digital platform delivery. Mickael continued their career as a Senior Project Manager at Amaze, where they led digital project and program management across different office locations. Mickael then joined DigitasLBi_UK as a Lead Project Manager, focusing on the automotive industry and leading the delivery of the Nissan Telematics platform. Currently, Mickael is employed at Ensono Digital, where they hold the position of Lead Consultant in Delivery Management.

From 1998 to 1999, Mickael U. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Hotel Management from ESCF (Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française).
