Stephen Arnold has extensive work experience in project management and digital services. Stephen began their career as an Operations and Production Manager at Pearson, Financial Times Information Ltd, where they worked from 1992 to 1998. Stephen then joined Smartlogic as a Project Manager and Content Manager from 1999 to 2006. Afterwards, they worked at the Institution of Engineering and Technology, first as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2008, and then as a Digital Services Manager from 2008 to 2011. Stephen then moved to Thomson Reuters as a Senior Project Manager from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at TSO as a Project Manager, delivering IT solutions to public and private sector companies. Finally, they are currently employed at Amido, where they hold the position of Senior Consultant starting from 2018.

Stephen Arnold obtained a BSc degree in Software Engineering from The Open University between 2004 and 2014.
