Colette Boynton

Colette Boynton is a seasoned professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as a Sr. Manager at Ensono since July 2020, and previously holding roles such as Training Specialist and Manager of Training and Development. Prior experience includes a 17-year tenure at Southern Will County Special Education Cooperative as a Case Manager/Educator, where Colette received the Outstanding Staff Award twice and contributed to a district-wide student behavior data collection initiative by co-authoring a successful Title IV grant. Colette holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Media Design and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Teaching from Illinois State University and an Associate of Arts from Joliet Junior College.
