In these leadership roles, he was responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day global operations for engineering support organizations. His experience of serving clients spans multiple industries including healthcare, fintech, education, entertainment, and more. Jon earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri in computer engineering and his Master's Business Management Certification from Rutgers University.
