Rick Giderof

Rick Giderof has an extensive background in culture and people experience, having worked at Ensono since May 2018 in various roles, including Culture & People Experience Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Prior to this, Rick served as an Account Manager at Delta Technical Solutions from January 2017 to April 2018. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University, earned between 2012 and 2016, and also completed an international study abroad program at University College Dublin in the summer of 2015, focusing on Law, Society, and Economics.
